How to Get in There?
International tourists should book their tickets to the Cairo International Airport. From there, they can go by metro or private taxis; both are easily accessible. Public transportation including the minibuses is cheap, yet not safe and hence not recommended. Prepaid taxis direct to the architectural marvels are available from the airport. Only two pyramids are open to the public at any given time. No cameras are allowed inside the premises. Climbing the structure is also officially prohibited.
